no. I needed to post "reducing banking risk and the creation of financial stability" the purpose of Basel II was created and the mess that we see today. I need to drive the irony of it. It is the kind of thing that a moderator has to do for his electorate or constituency :-) Basel II earned a lot of money for consultants to put it together and failed on his above mentioned purpose. Thus the financial mess we are in. After noticing I have posted for you, I put as a message. But perhaps you should read.
