Albanian Refugees From Macedonia Continue to Arrive in Kosova, Says Kosova Red Cross June 11, 2001 PRISHTINA (KosovaLive) - More than 1,872 displaced persons from Macedonia arrived in Kosova Monday afternoon, said representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). "The refugees are very disturbed for having to leave their homes," Arbena Kuriu, ICRC representative told KosovaLive Monday. According to Kuriu, the arrival of refugees is done in an official way and Kosova's Red Cross, together with the Mother Teresa humanitarian organization, takes care of their registration. "After the registration procedure of the Kosova Red Cross and the Mother Teresa humanitarian organization, transport is organized by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) to host families," Kuriau said.
