i seem to recall reading about some real estate company names in barrys 11/07 depo. hmm, i also saw several recent news items, for example: "Loan Adviser to Assist Bank Probe" By Carrie Johnson Washington Post Staff Writer Monday, January 28, 2008; Page A05 A company that advises Wall Street bankers who packaged and sold risky mortgages has agreed to cooperate with New York state investigators, advancing a months-long probe of the subprime home loan debacle.
