90nm yes, you could be sure, that with new 65nm production stuff available, these will appear in a short period of time.

Really? I have compared 65nm SPSN stuff, which will appear in a short period of time with existing ABSOLUTE HIGH END NAND stuff. The result was clear. Hard to believe for you - thats what I expected.
