Keith, you could add to that list once more details of Numonyx´ fab pool become available. If anything, they have too much capacity. There is a whole bunch of fabs that Intel and STM own that have been producing flash. But those fabs are not being transferred to Numonyx. AFAIK, only Fab 18 in Israel and an empty shell in Italy. Numonyx will also own a percentage of some NAND fab (a joint venture with Hynix, IIRC). Intel and STM will continue to be foundries for Numonyx, if there is the need for it. Joe
