My reaction was much more simple, more visceral, that that. T

I was amazed that any woman would be dumb enough to pass up a nearly free mammogram. (Mammograms are among the best diagnostics tools that there are, FYI.)

And the knee-jerk solution to that problem is to quit charging the $12.

[Today is apparently my day to be amazed. There was an article in the Times about bail bondsmen. Did you know that construct is illegal just about everywhere in the world? I didn't. Never occurred to me.]
