I respect Senator McCain for his service to the US in the military. I respect him for the pain and suffering he endured at the hands of John Kerry's allies. I respect him for his principled support for freedom throughout the world.

On other metrics he is an unrepentant liberal. He does not draw my support. Other than his principled stand on Iraq he appears to be a good idealogical fit for you.

Even though you say you support Senator Clinton's socialist policies, they do not seem to conform to what you have written.
