Now they have been indirectly in the business of mortgaging their own companies. Most of the boards are dealt get out of jail free cards and the shareholders end up taking a chance. What ever happened to bank error in your favor collect $ 200. Last time I tried to make a cash deal for a car (8 years ago). I was told no special deal for an all cash deal. Just recently, a car dealer made a deal I couldn't refuse for a cash deal.
