Marathon Acquisition - Micheal Gross This was supposed to be the most knowledgeable/experienced private equity SPAC to date when they raised over $350,000,000 over 18 months ago. Now with a little over 3 weeks to go before the drop dead date barely a peep has been heard. The warrants have dropped from $1.50 several months ago to less than .80 cents. How could such a knowledgeable and well connected guy - the co-founder of Apollo Private Equity Investments have so much trouble? What does this say about experienced managers with large funds to deploy in this difficult SPAC environment? Any thoughts or newsgroups/chatrooms devoted to Marathon? This could be going down the drain in 3 1/2 weeks along with Micheal Gross's potential 50 Million Dollars in Free Shares.
