Roche sees sharply lower Tamiflu stockpile sales

Swiss drugmaker Roche (ROG.VX: Quote, Profile, Research) expects sharply lower sales of its Tamiflu drug to governments in 2008 after deliveries peaked in 2007, the firm's chief financial officer said. Roche predicts pandemic Tamiflu sales of between 100 million and 150 million Swiss francs ($91.58 million-$137.4 million) in 2008, CFO Erich Hunziker told a conference call with analysts on Wednesday.
