You will have one vote for each share of our common stock you owned at the close of business on the record date. On the record date, there were 23,437,500 shares of our common stock outstanding, of which 18,750,000 shares were IPO shares. The remaining 4,687,500 shares were issued to our founders prior to our IPO. |
