Actually, you may have misunderstood my thinking (which by the way is evolving as we go here). I'm still quite new to this stock. I guess there are a number of reasons why the Auto's would order from ACII.

1. Lowest cost
2. Best quality
3. Politics
4. LACC
5. Specialization
6. Convenience

Assuming more than one of the BIG 3 is ordering, I think we can remove #3 from the list.

It's true that ACII is tiny, but if they specialize in only certain kinds of parts maybe that is the reason: Anyone here know?

Rushlong says that the Auto's ordered from KSI prior to being aquired by ACII. IF that is true, then unfortunately we are back to ground ZERO. We have no idea whether these orders include any LACC revs and if you want to be cynical we have no idea whether the relationship that now exists has ANYTHING to do with LACC at all.

Unfortunately I don't see a reason to conclude that LACC is reducing costs of production. Maybe I've missed something here. My understanding is that the cost savings to the BIG 3 from LACC are from less maintenance of USE, not on the production of the original machinery part. Please correct me anyone here..I know, it is time to read the 10k more thoroughly..
