Arnie, I was looking through the Form S-3 Post-Registration Statement filled by Nextel last week and came across the following that has not been in any previous filling by the company:

"As part of its marketing strategy, Nextel will continue to emphasize the benefits to its customers of obtaining an integrated package of services consisting of...........Neither PCS system operators nor cellular operators currently provide such integrated services, but recent FCC rulings permit cellular operators to offer two-way dispatch services."

Do you or does anyone else have any information on this apparently new FCC ruling? My initial reaction is that nationwide it may not have any impact, but may have an impact regionally. I believe that you posted sometime back about a cellular company in the southern portion of the U.S. that had the ability to offer two-way dispatch.
