Joe Bloe could be run over by a Mack Truck or by a Steam Roller. The effect would be the same. You got to understand that there are different causes for the same effects.

Some of the current warming trend can be explained by increased solar activity (and that's in dispute). The vast majority of it can be explained by the rapid uptrend in CO2 concentrations in the atmosphere, full stop. The sooner you understand this, the less perplexed you will be.
