Hi Richard,
Just as you have acquired and learned to use the disciplines of math, science, and engineering, might you note the lack of such skills by many of those whom ignore my stand that Maxam's lack of accountability for its past press releases posted on the Maxam Gold Corporation Website maxamgoldcorp.com delivers a message that Maxam does not want us shareholders to know details of how Maxam conducted the company business in regards to stated events detailed by Maxam from March 2006 through April 2006.
The best example to highlight this is as follows:
Press Release Source: Maxam Gold Corporation March 6, 2006 ... update on the commercialization of the Xcentia/Maxam process. ... [Xcentia] successfully performed [test] on representative coal ash samples. This testing not only accomplished the new lab prove-out for coal ash but also provided baseline results for the two interested companies... [stop.]
I posted on this board my thoughts that Maxam should NOT focus on gold that may exist within the desert dirt for the simple reason that to date no gold has been extracted from these desert dirts in a manner and cost that makes it a commercial success to support a return for investments obtained by these companies through sale of common shares, but Maxam should push forward their coal ash technology that appeared to solve a very real and pressing environmental concern felt world wide, for this would link up Maxam with established companies in this field and generate a needed revenue for Maxam to keep it out of bankruptcy.
Not only has Maxam failed to acknowledge the Xcentia/Maxam connection since the press releases made in 2006, the Sept 2007 assay testing was initiated not internally by Maxam, but by concerned shareholders that saw no effort by Maxam to initiate any effort to safeguard the value of common shares held by shareholders.
At present the coal ash technology Maxam developed is in a state unknowned, as we shareholders do not even have access to if Maxam holds any rights to this technology handed off to Xcentia.
Once again as you are very aware of, any posting on this board by someone that claims to know status via a telephone call to Maxam has worth equal to a bucket of warm spit, yet they over and over claim my call to know is an act of dumbness based on their knowing based on hearsay.
I state that if Maxam's current attempt to build this company into what needs to be a commercial gold producer fails, and the coal ash technology has been lost or to be forfeited in a bankruptcy proceeding, then be sure that legal action to discover the chain of events will be taken to prevent anyone connected to acquire such items, and a fall-out to this will be my speculation on a reverse split 1,000:1 and stock name change under new ownership that has contacts with established means to take "new" Maxam to where it should at present be.
My concern for present shareholders holding long is zero based on the fact that they choose to be silence, and therefore support those whom say that they have "everything is great" information from Maxam's back-door.
