If english were your first language I still don't think I could understand you, what on earth are you talking about? BTW, Alaska was purchased for at least $185 million in today's dollars, and nobody is going to sell it to anybody else. If we were to reach that point, all states with any worth will be wanting to separate from the Union anyway and we will have a civil war.

what was your original name on SI, maybe that would explain a few things?
