Ye, I wanted to look at that WTRS, but stopped after reading a couple of paragraphs into their 10-q, a company that has actually recorded a decline in sales from 1996 to 1997 does not interest me. Some stocks have low P/E because they are underfollowed and undervalued, others really deserve an even lower P/E even though they look cheap.
