KZ-- I think something smells with the timing of the promotion (Bowser recco) and the dillution coming the 17th of this month. I also think it's more than a little cute how they have also timed the extention of the warrants. This stock is also new last month to the blue book.
Here is a tidbit from a news story>>Company officials were speaking at a presentation before a private placement of two to three
million common shares. About half are existing shares being placed by current owners, O'Caoimh
said.
Shares will be priced at a slight discount to the market. The transaction is scheduled to be closed
on or about October 17, officials said.<<<
Insider selling is a real sure investor confidence builder!
The great timing of all this makes me wonder just who is pulling the strings, and our chains.
Will the stock spike up next week? Most likely. Will I be a buyer? Depends how it feels at the open, but it looks like there could be some serious selling @4 bucks.
