I'm not sure. Didn't they lobby for a 1 year delay? When will
it have a full effect? I'm not saying a crash won't happen -
in fact, quite the opposite, happen it must,
just that these are rigged markets, especially the
stock market. Very rigged indeed. Many bears have died trying
to short overvalued pigs over these years. -g-

What I am expecting to see is something like January 23 on
a grand scale, then the news of a few rogue traders in
a few major banks taken to prison. The management will have
no clue what they were doing -g-
