I hope you are right. The quote does sound like is is supportive of your interpretation. As for cost reduction, I think it is inconceivable that the savings you mention aren't even alluded to in the 10K. Makes no sense. Sorry, but that's simply how I see it. We'll have to agree to see it differently.

Now, does anyone know how long IR usually takes to respond to a simple question?
