It is really amusing to watch the markets think it is all ok. Little do they know this show is not over yet. This kind of thing lasts much longer then a few days.

Also, this is getting very bleak. I think that either Ambac or MBIA wil do a gov't/state sponsered BK. The companies are most likley leadign on things are ok so they do not get credit downgrades. This should of happned already and again shows you how manipulated the mkts are here.
