Anything is possible with commitment. I used to know a guy out east of Bellingham that had several small creeks on his property....they were very small, but had a steep, consistent flow. He had paddle wheels in them, and he was hooked up to the grid in order to sell power back to the PUD, he received very nice checks every month!
