What chapped my fanny is that my furnace is only 6 years old. I keep a clean filter in it and pay them to service it each fall.

Another burner to me is the fact that I've probably spent some $12k with them over the past 10 years. Both here at home and at the church where I had facility responsibility for about 4 years. I'll never call them again, and told them so.
