Just like because you think work should be measured as power, and the reader magically should know what time to integrate the power over? LOL!

For torque you must know the lbs & the radius, and for work, if you want to "measure as a rate" you must know both the power and the time interval.

It is total nonsense to say 10 lbs of torque or 10 Horsepower of work. Both are absurd.

If you say 10 ft-lbs or torque or 10 Horsepower for 2.5 seconds, now you have the correct units.

Absolutely my last post to you on this subject. It is pretty clear you don't understand much of anything.
