Ken ...

doc started me on niacin last month so it'll be six month before I can tell should there be a lowering...

with me, I suspect the Trig is inherited ... my dad had a level of over 300 ever since he had the first test back after the Korean War .....

and

his next door neighbor, who was *( both are deceased) a urologist made me take a trig test when I was in college ----- waaaaaaaaaay long time ago <ggggg> and mine have always been in the high two hundreds and I eat no candy, eat very few sweets, and don't drink beer or hard stuff ---- quit the drinking nearly a decade ago in my early 50s.

I was on niacin for a few years back right after college but for some reason I just got away from taking it as I just didn't take medicine until I reached 60

heck .... spent nearly my entire lifetime allergic to ALL antibiotics =====have had three doses of Zithramax as the ONLY antibiotic since the week before I got married and I'll be married come this May for 46 years *(same woman --- she has mental troubles OR she wouldn't have put up with me ---- LOL)
