This is probably a combination of the merger pains and the relatively poor economy. Not too surprising that the numbers aren't that great but I'm slightly surprised at the response from the market. Slashing the company by 25% in one day is very harsh. I may take my losses but I see little reason to rush the decision at this point. I've read a lot of statements from many different sectors pointing better expectations in the 2nd half of this year. Lets see if this transpires but, for now, I think some of it is just wishful thinking. At least now we know why the CEO is leaving, imo. The recent upgrade has the analyst with egg all over his/her face! Nice call, vbg!
