Ted, the answer to your question regarding how long it usually takes for IR to respond to emails is it varies. That has been my and a few others I know of experience. I have emailed Rhonda approx 20-25 times in the past year. Sometimes she responded the same day, sometimes in a day or two, sometimes in a week and sometimes not at all. Sorry but thats the best I can answer. You can also try to talk to her over the phone.
