Today's draw was indicative of the growing latent demand for NG. Comes out of the woodwork during times temps are colder in winter and hotter in summer. And each time the tide of demand is higher. The story is already writ. The U.S. has foolishly developed an extensive NG infrastructure and does not have the fuel to sustain it. We are going to pay very dearly for trashing nuclear the past 30 years and now doing the same thing to coal. Instead of cancelling FutureGen we should be developing the technology to export to China, India and the rest of the world that needs coal for economic growth and to lift 1.6 billion people out of not having electricity. Europe is building 140 GW of NG and does not even have coal as a backup-- they are even nuttier than us. But Spain and the rest of the EU will bid these LNG cargoes to the hilt and leave us wondering what happened. The media cannot even understand the problem let alone report it. Frank
