Brad, Thank you for the information--I went to the webb site that you provided --in addition I also found a site that gave some details of a representative from Leitchenstein that purchased a large number of shares from the company on behalf of an investor or investors!!

The strange part of this whole scenario to me is that why someone would buy a large quantity of shares from the companies treasury at somewhere around .07 cents per share and then sell it at lower levels??? ( This is only my speculative opinion on what might be taking place--but I do speculate with all due respect to all parties!!)

Brad--if in fact there are 40,000,000+ shares which are currently free trading--I would guess ( and it's only a guess on my part) that if there is a new business placed in the "CVIA" shell that a possible share roll-back may be in the plans???

I must be really dense when it comes to these enormous share sell-offs of debentures at super cheap prices--Oh! Well!--I bettor get over it and move forward!!!

Here's hoping for a very positive week for "CVIA" Shareholders !!!

Good Fortune,

WayneJ.
