Well, AFFX has now 3 consecutive Qs of better revenues & earnings.<g> The stock seems to have found support at the $20 level & started to move up yesterday,after reporting its 4thQ results. bigcharts.marketwatch.com The revenue for the 4thQ was $107.6M vs. $104.2M in 2006 & income was approximately $12.8M ($0.17/shr) vs. $8.7M ($0.13/shr)in 2006. For 2008 it expects revenue of $505M to $525M, including $90M of intellectual property payment in the 1stQ.(It entered into an agreement with ILMN to resolve their intellectual property dispute & ILMN will pay AFFX in Jan. $90M).It expects operating expenses between $225M to $230M A replay of the C.C. will be available on Feb 6 at (800) 642-1687 with the passcode of 30994152. A webcast of the C.C. will also be available at AFFX's website. AFFX has already closed its Nov 13 DG. The EE for 2008 are around 58% better > in 2006 & for 2009 another 40% improvement is expected.
