shane: Also keep in mind that the SEC reduced the restriction period on Rule 144 shares from one year down to six months. This makes it more "attractive" for investors to risk private placements in these small companies. This is the road ACII is apparently taking, having dumped Cornell and abandoned S8s. Hopefully they'll be a little more careful with how many they give out.
