I find it difficult in the extreme to imagine *any* lawyer in America not being WELL AWARE of what a clear Constitutional mandate is, and the implications of trying to bypass one.


Did you even bother to read the links I posted? The courts have decided since 1800 that a resolution is legal and have upheld it every time. Now if you don't like it fine. But to claim everyone is wrong when they post evidence to the opposite is moronic. And to keep it up makes you look like the moron you seem to be.
