Faster than the 65nm ramp, per Intel, as of their January CC.

How's that K10 frequency ramp coming? What's that? Nothing faster than 2.4GHz until Q3?

BTW, your second link is entirely consistent with Intel maximizing 65nm profits (thanks to AMD's lack of competition) and (per stated desire) building 45nm inventory. Isn't it obvious? If you have a huge lead, it is better to hold as many new parts as possible in inventory while selling off any old parts at decent prices, until you can "flip a switch" and have the new stuff. You never get to such an instantaneous switch, but pushing in that direction helps margins and profits, in the case that you have no real performance competition.

Your first link features some overclockers complaining that they *only* get a 4.3GHz overclock out of their Wolfdale. If only AMD could have such problems.
