Lacking specifics I can only speculate into your post of: Message #11400 from Ricary "John is in the middle of negotiations [with Maxam Gold Corp] and will..." ok, John is giving Maxam more cash in exchange for shares, far below one cents per MXAM, meaning that John and a very few "insiders" constitute 1% of shareholders, but hold 90% of MXAM common shares, meaning they control a "yes" vote to changes that will render worthless the common shares held by most all shareholders.
