Well I suppose its possible, but I figure she's just clueless (about economics at least), or only focused on winning to the expense of anything else, or perhaps both.

I do see a central planning type mindset, that she would lead us down the "road to serfdom", or towards Marxism, I'm just not sure she actually desires whats at the far end of the road.
