When the trend is your friend, keep it and support it and nurture it! It is prudent to dynamically balance the foreign cash reserve, I shrug off when people propose to dump China's US FRN$ reserve. Although its intrinsic value is not known, its usage value is hard to estimate, fits perfectly with Carl Marx's theory about intrinsic value and usage value.
