chancels--um, are you kidding? -g- seems more like buying votes from the u.s. masses and saving the financial sector. in my years i have not seen a transfer of true wealth to the less wealthy. we do have bubbles with wealth mirages. of course, these disappear when the bubble pops and wealth returns to the truly wealthy.

u.s. capitalism is conservative. imho
