In the real world, nobody likes free riders.Question for everyday life <<Who's paying>>The wealthy guy resents being expected to pay all the time.The poor guy expects someone else to pay, he's poor.<g>

In healthcare, everyone in Canada has to pay his share according to tax system and proportional healthcare fee in Ontario...sliding scale up $900 per year..most seniors and the working poor paying small amounts.

No government commie fines involved.LOL
