shorting into a lockup of any hot stock has proven to be a death sentence these past few years- I wouldn't touch it personally unless you KNOW EMC is going to dump shares- I doubt they will. There just aren't any alternative investments these days to make it worthwhile to sell, insiders are mostly pros now... retail sells but it is so insignificant it doesn't matter
