I think Bill Gates would pay it. As would Warren Buffet, his good friend. They both feel they are undertaxed.

Of course they'd pay it, and that's my point - the wealthy are undertaxed when compared to the high income earners. Income is taxed in the US, most wealth is not. If you own $100 million worth of Picasso paintings that go up in value by $5 million per year, you pay zero tax. But get paid $3 million per year playing baseball, and kiss $1 million per year goodbye. How does that make sense?
