Frank,

Interesting hunch you had (regarding a stock split). I just received a notice of the annual meeting of stockholders for TSR. They want to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock by 21 million (from 4 mill to 25 million), amoung other things. They go on to say this may be used for stock splits, private placements, etc.

Did you get this notice before you posted your hunch?
