Does anyone besides me find calling McCain a "hero" because he was a POW absurd? Boy if he isn't a hero I don't know who would be. If the same thing happened today we sure would consider that person a hero. Look at how hard they tried to turn the dead football player into a hero - sorry I don't remember his name. However being a hero has nothing to do with what kind of president one might be. Might even be a vague argument that he shouldn't be president. He is now running ads about his POW experience - and that I don't like that.
