1, The Hill is elected, resigns, Bill becomes Prexy for a 3ed term.
2.At the end of his term, she gets the nomination, is elected, resigns, and Bill gets a 4th term.

It's legal. The 22nd amendment says "elected", not "served", so Bill could serve 4 terms. That is, assuming The Hill would go along. I think the sun going nova is more likely- -and less violent.
