I am not sure about how the program works at Dan's company... I know you get credits for walking or working out, and taking time to do relaxing things, so even if you are already slim, you would get credit. I know Dan's life insurance was affected by smoking (he doesn't) and weight. I agree with you that it is far too complicated to try to address every contributing factor fairly if at all. I am all for personal responsibility. And education seems the best approach for controlling negative behaviors.
