re: "Maxam is working for the benefit of all shareholders."

Based on Maxam's press releases, that can not be ascertained, but what can be surmised
is that Maxam president Richard Steeves has not carried out his duties to protect
shareholder value in regards to the period from March 2006 to this current time towards:

"commercialization of the Xcentia/Maxam process"

As expected, shareholders have a history of bring a lawsuit again officer(s) of a company when
it appears their activity resulted in incompetence and/or criminal conspiracy.

As it is knowned that the current activity at Maxam was not initiated by Maxam, and if it was not,
then Maxam was on a path to a bankruptcy filing under the direction of President Steeves
eventhought avenues of initiative existed for Maxam for possibilities of obtaining a revenue.

It seems President Steeves has knowledge that needs to be kept secret so that shareholders
will not discover his incompetence and/or criminal activity most likely with Xcentia.

No matter what the gold testing reveal, I will obtain the services of a private investigative agency
and have all transactions between President Steeves and Xcentia examined, plus conduits
knowned to channel "out of view" illegal activity.
