USA has a younger population than those European centers, ergo lower cancer rate, ergo lower death rate. Has nada to do with health care.

The articles were about cancer survival rates. IOW they only were based on people who had cancer. Thus the argument you're making doesn't apply.

Let's look at similar populations - i.e. Canada vs. USA.
In Canada people have longer lifespan and lower infant mortality than USA. That is a fact.


They white population of the US has health statistics remarkably similar to Canada's. There are racial disparities which affect the overall US rates.
