Mohan, you don't have to even consider announcements of this type when dealing with the majors. It takes 5 years, maybe longer, to get production from a new area. By that time the political climate in that area could change and the owners get nothing. For the majors price and production of oil and natural gas are by far the greatest infuences on earnings. Chemical and downstream earnings are cyclical and can be important in the short run. Nothing else really matters. Tom
