I was confused by this news release on LTON: Can anyone help? >>As previously announced by Linktone, MNC will launch a partial tender offer in the United States within five business days after the conditions to the tender offer are satisfied or waived. The tender offer will be for up to 6 million of Linktone's outstanding American Depositary Shares ("ADSs") for US$3.80 per ADS.<< money.cnn.com It reads like NMC will tender 6 million shares at $3.8. But, the shares traded like "nobody cares" at $3.25-$3.37 at very low volume. Why?
