Charities and non-profit organizations supporting free enterprise? Many ongoing charities have similar problems, let alone one that are just starting up. Also Negroponte, is a professor not an expert in charities. Neither AMD or Intel have designed or produced $100 laptop for mass production for the world's poorest children. It's a daunting and ambitious task.
