Listening to conservative pundits moan and cry because McCain doesn't match their agenda point for point, it sounds like the Spanish Inquisition. Some would rather see McCain immolated for heresy, LOL. But if the orthodox wingers represent the real views of the party and all candidates must toe their line, why didn't they get a 100%-acceptable candidate nominated? How has McCain overcome their dominance and control? The answer is that the orthodox wingers are looking like a minority within their own party now.
